For security isolation, public customers browse storefront operations on your `.store` domain, while operators, couriers, and administrators log into their dashboard consoles via the `.online` domain. This protects internal tools from public exploitation.
Are all modules fully white-label?+
Yes. Your logos, subdomains, and customer notifications are entirely branded as your company. The Xenodia name disappears completely from client-facing nodes.
Is the WFM module active right now?+
Yes. Xenodia WFM (Workforce Management) provides shift scheduling, agent adherence logging, and forecasting. It is fully integrated with our support ticket client (XVU).
How does Cold DB Archiving keep things fast?+
Log entries, courier GPS positions, and ticket logs accumulate rapidly. Xenodia archives records older than 30 days into a secondary cold database, keeping index lookups on hot transactions incredibly fast.
Can we run this on our own Google Cloud account?+
Yes. For Enterprise accounts, we deploy the entire platform containerized directly inside your own GCP workspace using Terraform scripts.
